Cosmic Ginger: Ginger-infused vodka, St. Germain liqueur, lemon, and cranberry combine for a refreshing taste and subtle bite.
Pink Kiss: This bright pink combination of melon vodka, watermelon liqueur, watermelon juice, lime, mint, and sugar rum glows in a tall martini glass. The result resembles pink lemonade with a smooth finish.
White Chocolate Strawberry Martini: Godiva white chocolate and fresh strawberries give a milkshake-like thickness to this blended drink. A strong kick ensures its potency.
Seared Foie Gras: Crisped edges seal strong flavor and soft, buttery texture. Sweet brioche and a fruit reduction add character. Best paired with a sweet dessert Sauternes.
Tortilla Soup: Servers pour hot soup over a bowl of thin tortilla strips, sliced avocado, sour cream, and chicken that can be cut with a spoon. Flavors meld together after a few minutes for rich consistency.
Eva’s Avocado Guacamole: Serrano chiles, lemon, and habanero boast smooth taste with unique style.
Signature Chili Rubbed Skirt Steak: While steak lovers may be apprehensive about choosing this over traditional cuts, this dish highlights the turf menu. Prime grade beef soaks in a Latin barbecue marinade, and is then grilled and cut into tender filets, robust in flavor.
Whole Market Fish: Mediterranean Bronzino, bones intact, is grilled and finished in the oven with a rich chili aioli and an herb and pepper crust. Its light composition and bold flavor is rare for a white fish.
Filet Mignon, Rossini Style: Chefs cook their steak to perfection, and cuts contain no extraneous fat. Each bite releases exceptionally rich flavor, well complimented with the foie gras addition.
Lobster Mac ‘n’ Cheese: This divine creation adds hearty chunks of lobster to a rich cheddar blend and buttery breadcrumbs for striking zest and rich consistency.
Truffle Mac ‘n’ Cheese: Sparse additions of black truffle add character to the traditional dish.
Orange Herb Carrots: A fruit glaze soaks through baby carrots to deliver sweet flavor.
Creamed Spinach: Fresh greens settle in a light cream sauce, but the spinach is slightly overpowering.
Signature Dusted Churros: Unique from what you’ve seen on the street, Beso’s melt-in-your-mouth recipe makes for a novel and delicious finish to your meal. Served with hot caramel and whipped cream.
Chocolate Kiss: A small, decadent chocolate cake carries an ideal balance of sweet and semi-sweet, served with a touch of vanilla ice cream.
Baked Alaska: Thick vanilla meringue covers chocolate ice cream, served over shortbread. While the cookie was a bit too hard to cut through, this sizeable dessert is light, sweet, and satiating.
