Valentine’s Day Run Weekend in the Bronx
Virtual Luv Run – New Haven, CT – Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 9am Until Monday, February 14, 2011 at 11:59pm Post your favorite running route in the Bronx and participate in the “Virtual Luv Run” in New Haven, CT. This is a day-long event. “Post a special message to your loved one during your registration for the Virtual Luv Run. 1st Annual Valentine’s Day Marathon – Sunday, February 13, 2011 at 10:00am
Just show up and run! The Valentine’s Day Marathon course is the only trail marathon inside New York City! The course is challenging, beautiful and scenic, a true adventure! Please join us for a wonderful run in the deep Bronx woods! This is a free, fee-less event. There are no official organizers or sponsors. There are no cut off times or qualifications. This is a trail course for marathon, half marathon, marathon relay, 10K runners and shorter distance runners are welcome too! Love Your Own Heart – February 14, 10 am to 2 pm
Bronx Lebanon Hospital has served the needs of the South and Central Bronx residents with healthcare for more than 100 years. This healthcare system consist of two major hospital divisions, psychiatric facility, long term care facilities and “BronxCare Network” which includes more than 70 medical practices, including the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Health Center; as well as a 51 unit housing facility for seniors and low income residents. Starlite Dance Studio was the first salsa school for children in New York City.
