Foster Parents; Did you know? About due process. 4 0f 6
In this series we are taking a tour through Administrative Law (Ad Law), Administrative Agencies to answer a question that you may have about due process. If you have not read parts 1-3 you will not understand the concepts presented here.
In part 3 of this series we presented you an abbreviated form of the Miranda rights, as well as the definition of *Malfeasance in office, hence you have the facts through our research, now we ask you, is what we have seen thus fara representation of fairness and justice? *Definitions Wikipedia
That said here are a few more questions for our readers to answer.
- 1. Is it fair to allow a government entity to persecute one particular group of our society, parents in general?
- 2. What about the children of this group of our society?
- 3. Are we not allowing children to be persecuted instead of protecting them? Is this “the best interests of the child”
- 4. Is it right for any government entity to have complete rule over any one particular portion of our society; We the people are in essence enabling this entity to;
a). conduct procedures on a daily basis that may reflect signs of malfeasance of office?
b). commit outlandish violations on American citizens, even to the extent of going against the Constitutional rights of our citizens.
c). including license to enter homes without a search warrant?

d). to remove children from their homes without adhering to our laws or proof of any kind?

Note; Foster parents are under Administrative law hence their Constitutional rights are bypassed, they have no union to protect them, and are not employees of those committing these atrocities.
Miranda rights violated; the Miranda rights are read to those accused of a crime, however not read to foster parents under Ad Law, violations as stated in the Miranda rights withheld from foster parents would then be;
a. Citizens not advised of their rights when children are removed. Due to the fact that foster children are Ward’s of the Court”; translation; foster children are in the custody of the state, owned by the state, care overseen by the court.
b. do not have an attorney furnished them by the court, therefore are not advised or instructed by anyone.
c. individuals who have become victims, those who have no understanding of the appeal laws or even how to file an appeal.
d. many foster parents are not aware of what they are accused of sometimes for months.
e. Do not have the right to face their accusers, interview or cross examine them. Note; child abuse hotline callers remain anonymous.
These are the rights of our citizens who are under Administrative law? What rights?
