One way to boost your freelance opportunities is to check out events where you can learn new things and meet potential clients. Seattle always has a lot going on, and several organizations host events each month or two. I’ll list a couple of organizations you might check out, regardless of what skillset you freelance with.
Washington Technology Industry Association

American Marketing Association – Puget Sound Chapter
