To this Examiner the most excited products in the repertoire that are not listed above are: croissants, danish, popover (think McDonald’s apple pie), pot pies, focaccia, and crackers (cheese crackers make without dairy/lactose/casein). The owners are always coming up with something new, so if you can think it, they can make it.
This Examiner has tasted their apple turnover and had to say ‘wow’ because it was so authentic tasting and had that traditional texture with the crunch of sugar and the yummy apple filling. Their snickerdoodle cookies reminded me of the ones that we make every year from scratch. They were that good.
Stop by and pick up a package of gluten-free pasta, or chose from their other baked goodies and let us know what you think!
