Do you like to juice? If you do, you can make your own V-8 juice at home! This version is healthy and free of any preservatives.
- 8 carrots, peeled
- 4 celery stalks
- 6 tomatoes
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 onion
- 1 raw beet
- 1 clove fresh garlic
- 1 handful fresh parsley
All juicers are different, so cut up your vegetables as needed to fit properly into your juicer.
Juice everything, stir well and chill.
Serve juice chilled.
