- 1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cup white four
- 1/3 cup Smart Balance oil
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
Preheat over to 350*.
In a large bowl combine flours and mix well.
With a mixer, in a separate bowl, mix together oil, salt and water.
Add wet mixture to dry mixture and mix just until combined well. Do not over mix.
Roll dough out to about 1/8 inch thick.
Place dough onto non-stick cookie sheet and score with a knife the size of the crackers you desire.
