It certainly did yesterday when Andrew Breitbart’s article was published in his online newspaper breitbart.com.
Mind control has been used on American citizens on a daily basis. It’s a form of psychological warfare used earliest by Alexander the Great of Macedonia. Psychological Warfare has been used successfully by nations at war to the present day.
Listen to the daily media. Forget about a right or left wing agenda the minds of Americans are being shaped.
No suggestion is made here that the Military is involved, their methods have certainly been co-opted.
Most troubling was the headline by Andrew Breitbart yesterday, “U.S. Supreme Court Issues Landmark Decision: Constitution is Void.” Can the Supreme Court void the Constitution? It’s just six pages including the signatures and the Bill of Rights. Nowhere does the Constitution give the Supreme Court said authority.
Why did Andrew Breitbart run with this story? CNN, FOX, Drudge, and other “major” news outlet chose not to do so.
The blogosphere has gone wild, with pages upon pages of mind numbing copying and pasting of the original article with no attempts made to source.
A search at the Supreme Court’s Website provides the following information. The bottom line was on Jan 13, 2011, Application (10A690) was denied by Justice Thomas.
A denial from the Supreme Court of a petition for a writ of certiorari is sometimes misunderstood to mean that the Supreme Court approves the decision of the lower court. Such a denial “imports no expression of opinion upon the merits of the case, as the bar has been told many times.
According to the plaintiff William Windsor, “In my opinion, this is the most serious issue that our country has ever faced. Our rights have been stolen. And the mainstream media refuses to cover this story because they are afraid of the judges. Heaven help us.”
“I believe our only hope in America is if the masses become aware of what is taking place. I am writing an expose, and my book will be available at Borders, Barnes & Noble, and on amazon.com soon. The publisher will decide if the title is Lawless America or Screwed, Glued, and Tattooed.”
For more information, click here. Is it possible that William Windsor at this point is interested in selling his upcoming book to pay his legal fees? Ah but for a simpler time.
Can the reader listen to the radio, watch the television, not just the news, but daily programming and wonder what is happening to America and where are Ozzie and Harriet? “Good Night Dave, Good Night Ricky”
That’s my story and I’m sticking to it, I’m J.C.
