Korey, Jackie, Onyx, Baby, Nola and Tiger all came to the shelter in December when their families could no longer care for them. Blackie came just after the New Year, and they are all still waiting for families to come and adopt them. Read through their profiles then scroll through the slide show to see photos of these wonderful cats desperately in need of a forever family.
Korey, A444439, is a 1-year-old female gray and white tabby. She is calm and quiet, preferring to sit quite contently in her box. Korey is good with other cats but she would prefer a home without dogs. She came to the shelter on December 7.
Jackie, A444552, is a 7-year-old female. She is a sweet, laid back cat with lots of love to give. Jackie came to the shelter on December 10.
Blackie, A280534, is a 6-year-old male black tabby. He is calm and loving but would prefer to be the only kitty in the house. Blackie came to the shelter on January 3.
Onyx, A445154, is a 5-year-old female tortie. She is an independent cat that really likes to play with string and hair ties. Onyx came to the shelter on December 30.
Baby, A445001, is a 4-year-old female lilac-point with gray-blue eyes. She is a sweet and calm cat and gets a long great with dogs. Baby was previously featured in December, looking for a new home for the new year. She came to the shelter on December 27.
Nola, A445186, is a 4-year-old female tortie tabby. She is sweet and social, and likes to play with toys. She does not do well around dogs and has not been in a home with other cats. Nola’s previous family included children between the ages of one and seven, and she is used to being an indoor only cat. Nora came to the shelter on December 31 when her family had to move and could not take her.
Tiger, A445167, is a 3-1/2-year-old male gray tabby. He has an independent personality and loves companionship although he does not demand to be the center of attention. He is declawed and needs to remain indoors. Tiger doesn’t mind if there are other cats in the house, but he is very scared of dogs. He came to the shelter on December 31.
