NEWARK – according to James Queally/The Star-Ledger , Michael DiFabio, a police sergeant was fired because he used eight concert tickets that were supposed to be evidence against a scalper. While a scalper was trying to sell the tickets, a police officer arrested him and gave the eight concert tickets of Miley Cyrus show that was hosted in Newark in 2007 to sergeant DiFabio, DiFabio took the tickets and gave two of them to a comrade, and the rest were used during Miley Cyrus’s concert.
DiFabio challenged the accusations. His attorney, Anthony Fusco Jr claimed, “The case is over. He did not admit to any wrongdoing.” There’s a PTI period. After that, the case will be dismissed and he will get an expungement.”
