Pasadena, California. Two hundred thought leaders in the Shopping, Dining and Cultural-Heritage Tourism sectors came together for the successful first annual ONE Travel Conference on Shopping, Dining and Cultural Tourism, January 16-18, 2011 in Pasadena, California. The conference combined three established conferences (Shop America Tourism Conference, Cultural & Heritage Tourism Conference and the California Cultural Tourism Conference).
Keynote presenters included Roger Dow, CEO, US Travel Association; Helen Marano, Director, US Department of Commerce/OTTI; Caroline Beteta, CEO, California Travel & Tourism Commission and Beverly Anderson, Vice President, American Express. The program, developed with input from our advisory committee of industry leaders, focused on delivering ROI through the Power of Partnerships.”
