Oregon: OLCC bans Four Loco, other alcoholic energy drinks. In an emergency Saturday session the Oregon Liquor Control Commission approved a temporary ban of caffeinated alcoholic energy drinks, including the infamous Four Loco, one of several brands of alcoholic beverage laced with caffeine.
Officer Frashour fired for Aaron Campbell shooting. Officer Frashour shot an unarmed Campbell in the back last January. Mayor Sam Adams and Portland Chief of Police Michael Reese concluded that the use of deadly force against Portland resident Aaron Campbell was outside of bureau policy and thus justified termination of employment for Frashour and disciplinary actions against three other officers.
