Every Wednesday nights, from 9:00pm – 2:00am is Fuzzy Wednesdays open mic night at Time Lounge in Downtown Norfolk and it is “An International Artist Showcase” featuring the Fuzz Band, hosted by Godchild the Omen! More details about Fuzzy Wednesdays.

Every Thursday nights, from 7:00pm – 10:00pm, is Illustrations: Fushion of Spoken Word and Art That Speaks, hosted by Seven M. Pierce. Illustrations is an open mic for poets and an open mural for artists with wine tasting and real hip hop. Poets speak on the mic while artists sketch murals! Illustrations used to meet every Tuesday night, but since February 10th, Illustrations moves to a new night at a new venue!

The Prime Time Poetry Show features a special edition Battle of the Sexes on February 25th! The three topics are:

- How to tell he / she is the one
