During your first trimester you will experience lots of different symptoms. Below are just a few and some suggestions to help take control of your symptoms and have an enjoyable pregnancy.
Sore breasts
Most women tenderness in some part of the pregnancy. It’s a pain that’s undescribable and very uncomfortable. If possible a hot bath relieves the pain for a little while. For those times when you can’t stick to wearing loose shirts and tops. The more room they have to breath the less painful it will be. Also find a roomy bra, they will grow over the next months so a tad bigger in the beginning will help with the pain.
Bloating
It’s an uncontrolable fact that you will be bloated in the first trimester. It’s very uncomfortable that everytime after you eat it appears that you swell. Try watching how much you eat. Of course you want to eat enough but try to avoid all the fattening foods when you’re not exactly hunger just craving. Also jeans that have a little slack or stretch in the waist is very helpful when it comes to comfort. They may require a belt in the mornings but you can always ditch the belt in the afternoons. Comfort is a key all through your pregnancy.
Fatigue
Pregnancy is extremely tiring. Especially the first trimester when you’re trying to continue a normal life and your body isn’t used to all of this. Babyhopes.com has some wonderful inexpensive tips for dealing with this. They are perfectly safe for your baby and will give you the strength to handle everyday tasks to a certain point.

Stomach pains
In the first few weeks some women experience stomach pains. It feels like your muscles have been pulled and stretched. That is normal to a certain point. Your body is simply preparing for what it’s about to endure. Try taking tylenol and soaking in a hot bath. Also sleeping with a heating pad will relieve your pain enough for you to get comfortable and fall asleep.
Emotions
Everyone knows how horrible this is whether they have been pregnant or not. It’s nothing we can control it just happens. And I hate to report there isn’t much you can do to control it. Try talking to the people your around the most. Let them know when something upsets you so they won’t make the mistake of saying it again. Most of your family and friends are understanding and have nothing but positive things to say though.
