Wake up early to watch a mountain sunrise with Squaw Valley’s Dawn Patrol. Arrive at the Cable Car building at 7:15 on Saturday or Sunday to purchase tickets for $49 per person and take the 7:40 ride up to High Camp where you will be rewarded with one of the most spectacular ways to see the mountains and a gourmet buffet breakfast. Take your honey stargazing on an evening guided snowshoe hike at Northstar. This memorable experience is guided by star guide Tony Berendsen who will feature information on Orion the Hunter and the Lepus the Hare constellations. The tour begins at 5pm and costs $50 for adults and $30 for children and includes telescope viewing and wine and hot cider around the fire pit after the hike.
